In order to help meet the numerous needs for housing, the following resources are available:

The MLS
Accurate information is important.  We are requesting that if you have listings that were affected by the flood and are no longer for sale or habitable, that you change the status to TOM or “Temporarily Off Market.”  We will be tweaking this TOM status to allow it to be used for more than 30-days and removing the requirement for seller certification as long as the LA/LO has identified the property as one that has received flood damage and is no longer habitable. If offices do not have access to MLS, you can simply compile those listings that are affected and send and email/fax with the address or MLS# of the property to susan@gbrar.com and we can make those changes in MLS based on your request.
