Clareity has introduced a new Passwordless Login option that allows members to access their Clareity account using a passkey instead of entering their password.
This feature is available for member convenience only and is NOT REQUIRED. Members can continue logging in with their current username and password as usual.
How to Set Up Passwordless Login
If you would like to use this option, you can set it up from the Clareity login screen:
- Select “Passwordless Login” on the login screen.
- Enter your username and select “Passwordless Login” again.
- Click “Enroll now” to begin setup.
- Verify your identity by entering your username and password.
- Complete the one-time multi-factor authentication (MFA) verification using the available email or text message option.
- Follow the prompts on your device to save your passkey.
- Complete the requested device verification (such as fingerprint, Face ID, PIN, or another available option).
Once setup is complete, you will receive a confirmation screen and can begin using your passkey to log in.
For security purposes, Clareity will send a notification email when a passkey has been added to your account. This email will include a link to manage your passkeys if you need to make changes in the future.
