ROAM MLS will be activating two features on Wednesday April 3rd 2024.
- The ability to include a video in the photos in the Connect View Report, Collaboration Center, and Paragon Connect.
- A Primary photo will be required before a listing can be made active.
Details:
1.Video in Photos
On the Listing Input/Maintenance left hand menu, a new option called Add/Edit Videos (highlighted yellow) will be added.
Once clicked, users can add their YouTube or Vimeo link. Leave the Sequence set to 1. VIDEOS cannot contain any branding or contact information.
Once added this video can only be viewed in the Connect View Report, Collab Center, and Paragon Connect.

2. Primary Photo Requirement:
The primary photo requirement will be for Residential, Commercial, Rental, and Multifamily classes. Properties in the Lots/Lands property class and properties with Approximate Age as New – Proposed Construction, or New – Under Construction will not have the requirement. The requirement does not impact partial listings.
