TO ALL DESIGNATED REALTOR® MEMBERS OF GBRAR:
DRs with LFROs must respond by 3/31/15

In the last year the National Association of REALTORS® passed amendments to its bylaws and mandated a change to the model bylaws of all local Associations of REALTORS concerning what is called “limited function referral organizations”.

In order to comply with the minimum Core Standards established for local associations by NAR, GBRAR must now track and report to NAR all LFROs and licensees therein.

If you have established a LRFO you must complete the enclosed form and return them to the GBRAR office no later than March 31, 2015.

Thank you for your cooperation with this. Please review the FAQ included it the above forms and/or NAR’s information about LFROs. If you have questions that aren’t answered there, please feel free to contact GBRAR.
