If  your company or organization is not receiving CC or BCC emails from Paragon or expired listing notifications, you should first check your SPAM or JUNK MAIL folders.   Often times, these messages may be automatically filtered by your email provider or ISP based solely on the large number of emails coming from the Paragon system.

Organizations can also help ensure delivery by asking your ISP or mail provider to “whitelist” mail coming from Paragon’s mail servers.

The mail servers to be whitelisted are as follows:

  • Mx2.paragonrels.com
  • Mx3.fnismls.com
