Section 2.13 Reporting of Buyer’s Designated Agent

When reporting Sales to the MLS, the Listing Participant is obligated to report the Buyer’s Agent(s) as specified on the Louisiana Residential Agreement to Buy or Sell as the Buyer’s Designated Agent(s).

 

Simply put, whoever is listed as the Buyer’s Designated Agent on the purchase agreement is who must be reported in the MLS. If an agent is not included on the purchase agreement, they cannot be reported as a Buyer’s agent to the MLS.

If you want your team leader to be reported as a buyer’s agent to the MLS they must be included on the purchase agreement.
