FINAL UPDATE: June 18, 2025

We are pleased to inform you that Comcast has lifted the restrictions on our email server, and email delivery to Comcast addresses has been fully restored.

As previously communicated, in Advisory G25-0603175656, our team identified that some messages sent from the Paragon system to Comcast domains were experiencing delays or bounce backs. Following direct outreach and continued monitoring by our Network Operations team at ICE, Comcast has lifted the throttling on our email servers.

As of today, June 18th, all queued messages to Comcast addresses have been successfully delivered, and normal email flow has resumed.

We understand how important timely communication is for your business and clients. Maintaining the integrity and reputation of our email systems remains a top priority, and we are actively reviewing additional safeguards to prevent similar issues in the future.

UPDATE: June 16, 2025

Beginning the week of June 2nd, and as referenced in Advisory G25-0603175656, we began receiving reports that some users were experiencing delays in receiving emails from the Paragon system when sent to Yahoo and AOL domains.

Our dedicated Network Operations team at ICE IMT Mortgage Solutions immediately began troubleshooting and implemented several measures to address the issue.

As of the evening of Tuesday, June 10th, Yahoo’s Engineering team successfully removed the block/throttle on our email server. All queued emails to Yahoo and AOL addresses were successfully delivered at that time.

We are pleased to report that email delivery to Yahoo and AOL addresses has now been restored. However, we have identified that Comcast email addresses are currently experiencing delays and, in some cases, bounce backs. Our team has reached out to Comcast and is monitoring.

Maintaining strong email server reputation is a top priority for ICE, as it directly affects the timely delivery of messages to your clients. We are currently conducting further evaluations to explore additional proactive measures that can help prevent or reduce similar issues in the future.

UPDATE: June 9, 2025

We want to provide an update on the email issue noted in Advisory G25-0603175656. Some users are experiencing delays, bounce-backs, or non-delivery of emails sent to Yahoo and AOL domains.

Please note that emails to other major providers are unaffected and continue to be delivered as normal.

If clients have an alternate email address, we recommend using it to avoid disruptions.

Our Collab Center sites remain fully operational and are being regularly updated with new matches and listing changes.

We appreciate your patience as we work with these providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

June 3, 2025

Over the last several days we have received intermittent reports of delayed or non-delivery to certain email providers. Primarily these reports have been to Yahoo, AOL or to a lesser degree Gmail related domains.

We are aware of the situation and all teams are engaged both internally and with the email providers to ensure prompt delivery to all recipients. We have sufficient examples at this time and further reports are not necessary

Our teams will continue to monitor the email queue throughout the evening and take any required necessary action.

Collaboration center sites are being updated for all users however emails notifying clients of those updates may be delayed to those providers.

An update on the situation will be send by noon on Wednesday.
