The Core-Logic Data Co-op is a network of MLS’s across the United States that have agreed to cooperate in making their listing content available to the members of other MLS’s. Using the Data Co-op you can search other MLS’s inventory. The Western Arizona REALTOR Data Exchange (WARDEX) has become the most recent co-op partner sharing MLS listing content with our MLS.
To get there, login to Paragon and go to RESOURCES > Data Co-op.
