A new field called “Document Types” is now required when loading documents to a listing in Paragon. When entering or faxing in documents to Paragon users will be asked to identify the “type” of document that is being attached to a property listing in the MLS. These document types will be searchable and will make it easier to find listings that have a document of a particular type. The list of document types will include:

Lead Based Paint
Office Exclusive
Utilities
Appraisal
Sketch/Blueprints
Siteplan
Rental Application
Lease Agreement
Other
