Yes, it is possible to import contacts from another source straight into Paragon. First makes sure your contact data file is setup in an OUTLOOK compatible .CSV file.
Then, under Contacts > View/Manage Contacts there is an Import button in the blue menu bar. If you have all of your contacts saved to your computer in a .csv file, you can upload them there:
