Reports that contain Agent Information, Office Website and Email Address will function as a hyperlink when viewed in a web browser. The email address and website for each listing and selling office may be added to the reports. The “My Info” email address and website fields will also be displayed as hyperlinks. The reports for email notifications, Client Connect and IDX Smart Framing will display the website and email address data as a hyperlink. When the hyperlink is selected the target website will open. For e-mail addresses, the default email client on the local machine will be opened.
